Daylight Saving Time is not observed in all countries, nor in all states and localities of the United States of America. In the USA where DST is observed, the time and day of change is 2:00 AM Sunday, and Daylight Saving Time:

Mnemonic: "Spring ahead, Fall back" or "Spring forward, Fall back".
